A winter weather advisory is in effect for the Northern Kentucky area, the National Weather Service said Monday.
Snow will develop after midnight and will increase in intensity and coverage early Tuesday morning. Low pressure is developing to the the south of us Tuesday night as an Arctic airmass begins to move into the region from the north.Â
Snow is expected to end after sunrise on Tuesday. Two to four inches may accumulate.
In addition to the snowy forecast, temperatures will be dipping into the single digits this week and wind chills may make it feel like less than zero.

MONDAY NIGHTÂ Snow, mainly after 2 a.m. Low around 19. Northwest wind 6 to 10 mph becoming north after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
