The Ludlow City Council has finalized zoning for medical cannabis, allowing for the establishment of cultivation, processing, producing and safety compliance facilities in the city’s industrial park and industrial-one zones, and dispensaries in the neighborhood commercial, special function commercial and waterfront development zones.
