The Kenton County Library’s Covington branch will be a part of this year’s BLINK arts and lights festival.

BLINK attendees will get to witness Loophole, an installation making its way to Covington by way of Spain. The installation will be set up in the library’s parking lot on the corner of Scott and E. 6th streets. Library staffers will be set up near the parking lot with a community art project attendees can participate in.

According to a press release from the Kenton County Library, the Covington Branch’s parking lot will be closed from Oct. 15 to 21. However, handicapped parking spots will still be available. Parking validation tickets will be available for patrons who park at the Midtown Garage during regular library hours.

BLINK will be from Thursday, Oct. 17, to Sunday, Oct. 20. As such, the library’s book drop will not be accessible after 6 p.m. on those days. The library will also close at 6 p.m. on Oct. 17.
